Q: What’s does delivery cost at Lemon Canary? And when will I receive my order?

In Australia delivery is FREE when you’re order is $50 or more. When you’re order is less than $50, a flat delivery fee of $12 is added at checkout.

Q: Are my credit card details secure?

Yes. We use secure payment gateways. That means we will never see your credit card details or have that information on our system.

 

Q: What payment options does Lemon Canary offer? Can I use Afterpay?

Q: What currencies do you accept?

All of the prices on our website are displayed and processed in Australian Dollars – AUD. All prices include GST (Goods & Services Tax).

 

Q: I’m an international customer from outside Australia… do I have to pay your Goods & Services Tax (GST)?

Prices displayed include Australia’s GST (Goods & Services Tax) however when an international customer has entered their billing and delivery details the GST will be subtracted from the order.

 

Q: Do you have a phone number I can call?

We are a small team of makers and artists. We make our products slowly, carefully and with lots of love. To create the most wonderful and beautiful products, we keep our studio free of busy-ness so we can put our heart and soul into making your order.

We currently do not offer phone support – instead we offer prompt email support. We do this for a few reasons. Phone support is very time consuming for the caller and the staff member. Most of the time not very efficient because the person answering the call will often have to get the information required and call you back. Or, get someone else more suitable to help you and get them to call you back. Email support allows us to prioritise urgent queries, as well as to ensure we provide the right information to you first time. This also gives us the freedom to do what we do best.

And for those super urgent times when you just have to talk to someone fast… just send me an email and I will happily provide you with my personal mobile phone number.

 

Q: How can I return or exchange an item?

Q: Can I change my order after I have completed it online?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to any online orders after your order is placed. Amendments may include but are not limited to change of delivery address, changes to types and sizes, adding or removing items, applying discounts or full order cancellations. Please ensure all the details you provide are full and correct at the time of order placement.
