Lemon Canary is a bespoke studio that custom makes your product orders… that’s why we do not give refunds for change of mind purchases.

If the product you purchased directly from our online store is faulty or damaged in shipping, please send us a photo and then ship it back to us within 30 days. Damage is very rare because we package our creations very well. When damage occurs we understand it is very disappointing for you so we try very hard to replace your item as quickly as possible. It’s also devastating for us because we really put our heart and soul into every product. When we receive the damaged item we will assess it and send you out another item.

Dispatch timeframes for replacements is between 1-7 days, as almost all our candles are handmade to order. In some cases where we have a product in stock we may ship on the same day. If there is any urgency with your order please advise us so that we can make it our priority.
