I created this tea to bring warmth and happiness into your soul. Ginger is so nourishing, healing and warming. Happy Tea is a wonderful circulation booster and a great choice if you need a pep up. If you are having a busy morning or day this is a great ‘lifter’ both mid morning or afternoon.
Calendula is such an amazing healer, a wonderful tea for the ‘gut’. Ginger is anti-inflammatory, can relieve nausea and is all around ‘wonderful’. Hibiscus tea is well known for it’s ability to lower blood pressure and is full of wonderful antioxidants. Lemongrass is said to have anti-microbial properties known to help and slow the growth of fungi and bacteria.

Directions – 1 teaspoon per cup. Brew for 3-4 minutes.
